Because Cuba Health Assist coordinates healthcare-related requests, some information may qualify as sensitive medical information. By submitting forms or documents, you authorize the use of that information for the requested case review and coordination process.

Processing purposes

• Opening and managing the patient case file.
• Preparing medical summaries and document packages when needed.
• Sharing relevant records with authorized hospitals, physicians or medical coordinators.
• Supporting invoices, payment review, logistics and follow-up communication.

International transfer

Medical coordination may require transferring documents to institutions or professionals in another country, including Cuba, Turkey or other operational locations depending on the selected service.

Access control

Only authorized personnel involved in the case should access sensitive data. Users may request information about their case data by contacting the support team.
