- Sharing necessary documents with relevant doctors, hospitals or medical institutions.
- Communicating with the applicant or patient about missing documents, review status and next steps.
- Keeping records required for service, accounting and legal documentation.
Important limitation
Cuba Health Assist does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Final medical evaluation and treatment decisions belong to licensed physicians and healthcare institutions.
