Cuba Health Assist is a healthcare coordination service; it is not a hospital, clinic, doctor or direct treatment provider. We prepare your file, carry out the necessary medical translation, send your file to the relevant licensed doctor or institution, and coordinate communication and the process; where needed, we also help coordinate travel and other operational services. Diagnosis, treatment eligibility and clinical decisions belong only to licensed health professionals. Cuba Health Assist operates within Mydn Group.
For travel-related coordination in Cuba, we work within the scope of a contractual cooperation with Cubanacán. Its parties, scope and validity are shown on our institutional agreements page. Cuba Health Assist is not a healthcare institution; where needed, it can help coordinate travel, accommodation, transfers and related operational services. These services are not automatically included in the preliminary review fee; their scope and any fee are stated separately and in writing for each case.
Cuba Health Assist is not a hospital, clinic, healthcare institution, public institution or official authority. Medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment decisions are made solely by the relevant authorised healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals.
Visa decisions are made by the relevant consulate or authority; we cannot promise the outcome. We help you with the invitation letter and the documents required.
